How do you make your products?

All Creations by Robin products are homemade and made to order.
Are your products vegan?

Some of my products are not vegan. I offer Goats Milk and honey in some products.
Do you have a physical business?

No, I make my creations from my home. But, I do visit Farmer's Markets and local events in Jacksonville, FL and sell some of my products there. Keep up with where I will be selling on my Facebook.
Do you have a return policy?

I will always be open to accomidate how I can for orders that are not up to my customers standards. Please reach out to me through my contact page, Facebook, or e-mail for any questions or concerns.
Can you personalize any product?

Some of my products I do offer a bit of customization through the ordering process on the site, but I am able to personalize anything. If you are interested in personalizing a product, please reach out to me through the contact page, Facebook, or e-mail. Personal orders may be done and an invoice would be sent to the customer.
